PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can improve camera operability and the discrimination of a system state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a state output means, which shows the operation state of a controllable video generating means generating movable video, a control means which controls the operation state of the video-generating means by an operation means, an operation means which provides feedback to the operation means, and an operation control means which controls the operation means according to information outputted by the state output means, and a user is informed of the status of the video-generating means and the discriminating generation of the state of an image communication system is improved to improve the operability of the video.
