SOLUTION: The output of a light source 10 is inputted through a coupler 20 for input/output to a sensor array 30. In the sensor array 30, the output from the m-th sensor 30-m of the sensor array 30 is inputted through the coupler 2 for the input/output to an O/E converter 40 and the output of the O/E converter 40 is inputted to an FET processor 50.</p> |
