<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring apparatus in which the state of an object, to be measured transferred by conveyors in a plurality of lines can be measured in an on-line manner, with high accuracy and at low costs as far as possible. SOLUTION: A computer 11 retrieves respective storage regions installed in a memory 12. Whether Flg exist [Pi] is ON or not is judged in a region in which Timer [Pi] is zero. When it is OFF, a storage region Pi+1 on the downstream side is retrieved. Whether Flg exist [Pi+1] is ON or not is judged. When it is OFF, the computer 11 changes over optical paths from a projection unit 1 and a projection unit 1 sequentially by using an incident-light changeover unit 20 because an object H to be measured does not exist in the optical path of the projection unit 1 arranged and installed at a conveyor 80 in a line 1 and in the optical path of the projection unit 1 arranged and installed at a conveyor 80 in a line 2. The optical path of the projection unit 1 and that of the projection unit 1 are changed over by the incident-light changeover unit 20, an extinction filter is made to advance into the optical path, and a value which is given from a detector 60 is stored in a filter changeover unit 40 as a reference value.</p> |
