SOLUTION: The NC data transfer device is provided with a transfer source NC data input part 24 for inputting transfer source NC data, a transferred destination NC working device name input part 23 for judging an NC working device 40 to be a transfer destination and a data conversion module 30 for converting the transfer source NC data into a data format suited to the device A40, by the NC working device 40 judged by the input part 23.
