PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a connecting structure of sealant hardly causing sealing failure of clearance by easily positioning a connecting part, hardly changing in thickness and width by the connection, hardly causing clearance by a level difference, deflection/ deformation of a sealed member by an increase in local compressive stress and shape restriction of sealed material by a work execution space and capable of sufficiently making the most of an adhering sealing effect by continuing a pressure sensitive adhesive layer when arranging the pressure sensitive adhesive layer on a surface. SOLUTION: This connecting structure of sealant is formed in such a way that in a connecting part in the lengthwise direction of a ribbon-like sealant composed of foaming bodies 1, 2 having an independent foam structure or a mixed structure of independent foam and continuous foam, a pre-work-execution side end part of the connecting sealant is formed as an inclined face 11 composed of an elevation angle, a post-work-execution side end part is formed as an inclined face 21 composed of a depression angle, and the depression angle inclined face is superimposed in and connected to (3) the elevation angle inclined face. Thus, the connecting area can be increased by forming a connecting part as an inclined face, and the depression angle inclined face can be superimposed on and connected to the elevation angle inclined face while confirming these from the upper side by a visual sense.
