PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve refrigerant recovery efficiency by ending a refrigeration recovery operation at an appropriate timing since the refrigerant recovery efficiency may decrease if the refrigerant recovery operation continues regardless of less remaining amount of refrigerant in a piping-washing device for performing both washing operation for washing already installed refrigerant piping and then refrigerant recovery operation for recovering a refrigerant from the already installed piping. SOLUTION: When the operation time of washing operation is inputted to a timer 82 by a user, the operation time of recovery operation is automatically set to the specific coefficient multiple of the washing operation time.
