MOVABLE FRAME TYPE PRESS

摘要

PURPOSE: A movable frame type press is provided to perform a press work at both ends of an object to be pressed by using only one actuator, and to apply uniform load at the both ends of the object, thus uniformly maintaining physical properties of a moulded product. CONSTITUTION: The molding press constructed to press an object(3) loaded in a die mold(12) with at least two punches consists of a movable press frame(2), whose one side is integrally provided with an actuator(6) pressing one side punch(8) with a piston rod(7) and the other side is provided with a projected fixing rod(19) pressing the other side punch(9); and a fixed base frame(5) movably supporting the movable press frame at the side of the fixing rod.
