PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin-tube-type heat exchanger with energy-saving effect by improving performance decrease due to frosting. SOLUTION: The plate fin of the fin-tube-type heat exchanger is divided at the downwind side of the center in the direction of air flow, and the plate fin at the windward is composed by alternately arranging two types of plate fins 3 and 4 with different length in the direction of air flow and width in the direction vertical to the direction of air flow, thus improving performance decrease due to frosting and providing the fin-tube-type heat exchanger with energy-saving effect.
