<p>A specular dual compound reflector (112) having a cross section in the form of hyperbolas (103, 104) is disclosed. This reflector (112) is combined with energy saving fluorescent tubes (101, 102) and ballast, forming a fluorescent light fixture (100) for the purpose of providing adequate and uniform illumination to a surface, subdue shadows, provide agreeable illumination, and resulting in substantial energy savings. Two similar configurations are disclosed.</p> |
