PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive various kinds of dowels without much handling trouble by miniaturizing the dowels. SOLUTION: A head 61 is provide which has a shaft hole 62 into which a dowel driving shaft 71 is fitted and receiving holes 63, 64 for receiving different kinds of dowels D1, D2, aligned in parallel. Further, chutes 72, 73 for supplying the dowels D1, D2 are connected to the receiving holes 63, 64 respectively, and a moving path 66 which makes the forward part of each of the receiving holes 63, 64 communicate with the forward part of the shaft hole 62 is formed forward of the head 61. In addition, a sending device 80 is provided which sends the dowels D1 or D2 to be discharged from the specified receiving hole 63 or 64 after moving from the side of each of the receiving holes 63, 64 to the shaft hole 62 through the moving path 66, to an opposite position to the shaft hole 62.
