PURPOSE: A novel porous high molecular electrolytic composition is provided which has good immersion property of liquid electrolyte in high molecular film, shows an ion conductivity of not less than 1,000 second/centimeter at room temperature and contains excellent surface property. And a method for preparing the same is also provided. CONSTITUTION: In the porous high molecular electrolytic composition, liquid electrolyte, where lithium salt is added to an organic solvent, is dipped in fine pores of porous high molecular matrix, where polyvinyl chloride and acrylate polymer are blended with. The method comprises steps of: (i) blending polyvinyl chloride with acrylate polymer by using a co-solvent; (ii) after adding plasticizer to the blended solution, casting uniform solution prepared by adding inorganic matter to the plasticizer added solution into a glass plate and then evaporating the co-solvent therefrom to obtain a high molecular film; (iii) dipping the high molecular film in diethyl ether to selectively melt the plasticizer in the film and obtain a porous high molecular film; and (iv) dipping the porous high molecular film in liquid electrolyte prepared by dissolving at least one lithium salt which is selected from the group consisting of lithium perchlorate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium trifluorate, lithium bis-trifluoromethylsulfonylamide and lithium tetrafluoroborate, in one or more mixture solvent which is selected from the group consisting of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, γ-butyl lactone, ethyl methyl carbonate, dimethoxy ethane, diethoxy ethane and 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran. |
