PURPOSE: A bus transportation having an overspeed monitoring function through a CCTV(Closed Circuit TV) is provided to check a traveling state during a bus transportation through an audio or a video, and to display a speed on a screen with a caption character by attaching a speed sensor to a vehicle in order to prevent an overspeed traveling of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A bus transportation management apparatus has a speed sensor input part(2) which is installed on a machine part such as a transmission of the vehicle and receives an output of a speed sensing sensor increasing/decreasing the number of output pulses according to a rotation speed, and a counter input part. A sensor selection part(6) enables to select a mechanical speed sensing or an electronic speed sensing from the external. The apparatus also has a clock setting switch part(8) and a reset part(12) for a reset operation. And, a micom(10) performs a control flow sequentially to provide an overspeed monitoring, and an overspeed setting part(14) sets an overspeed. A clock IC(16) generates a clock information. The apparatus also includes a video caption processing part(18), a video output part(24), a video input part(26), a monitor driver part(20) and a motor output part(28).
