PURPOSE: An insulation structure thoroughly covers a floor panel portion and a locker panel portion with insulation to intercept noise flowing from a lower part or a side part of a car body into a room. CONSTITUTION: Insulation(30) made of polyurethane has both side ends covers the inner side of a locker panel(4) to be extended to the inner side upper end of the locker panel(4) and is placed on a floor panel(2). A carpet(40) is placed on the insulation(30) to be extended to the extended to the end part of the insulation(30) by the surface of the insulation(30). The upper parts of the insulation(30) and the carpet(40) are supported and fixed by a locker trim cover(50).
