PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a refill of a pen from becoming dry and prevent ink from scattering out or spouting out when a cap is removed. SOLUTION: An outer cap 1 comprises a cylinder, one of the ends of which is opened, and the other end of which is closed with a bottom. Air holes 3 are formed through the bottom of the cap 1. On the inner wall surface of the cap 1, slide grooves 4, in which an inner cap 5 can vertically slide, are provided, while plug-shaped projections 12 for airtight engagement with air holes of the cap 5 are provided at the end of the opening of the cap 5. The inner cap 5 comprises a cylinder, one of the ends of which is opened, the other end thereof having a bottom, and air holes 6 are formed through the wall thereof, while slide pieces 7 are provided on the outer wall surface thereof, and an airtight seal ring 8 is formed at the end of the opening. An elastic member 9 is provided between the top surface of the cap 5 and the inner wall surface of the bottom of the cap 1 to elastically support the cap 5. |
