PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a desired aroma with accurate concentration and control the spraying amount precisely because an evaporating ratio of a liquid aroma source is different based on the surroundings. SOLUTION: An aroma-generating apparatus is equipped with: an aroma- jetting unit 70 to be jetted generating an aroma from the aroma source housed separately; DB 20 of an aroma-jetting unit position to house a position of the aroma source accommodated therein; DB 30 of aroma information to house information of the desired aroma generation; and a timer 40 to set up generating time of the desired aroma generation. A controller 10 sets up a position of the aroma source required for generating the desired aroma read from each DB and the aroma-generating time to the timer 40 based on the information of the aroma, and controls to generate the aroma from the aroma-jetting unit 70 at the set up time.
