The gripper has an integrated non removable insole, where the insole is milled from cork or ethylene vinyl acetate plastic using a computer aided design (CAD)/computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technology according to individual digital-dynamic footprint of a carrier. The hardness of the plastic is varied and adjusted to the body weight of the carrier. The insole has the strength of 0.5 centimeter under the front foot and the strength of 1 centimeter under the back foot. The insole has a toe gripper rail in the hollow space.
