PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproducibly exhibit catalytic activity in the disproportionate reaction of a chlorosilane when using a basic anion exchange resin as a catalyst. SOLUTION: The catalyst is sufficiently dried by making dried inert gas pass through the catalyst under a situation where the catalyst is filled in a reactor, and then raw material chlorosilanes are fed to start the reaction without taking out the catalyst after suspending the flow of the inert gas. |
