PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing nozzle and a fire extinguishing nozzle for a kitchen hood capable of radiating a fire extinguishing agent all around the periphery. SOLUTION: Radiation ports 13A and 13B are arranged at the side part of the nozzle body 11 of a fire extinguishing nozzle 20. The port 13A is formed by giving cutting in the shape of a slit facing obliquely downward by about 10 deg. compared with the horizon from the left side of the nozzle body 11. Similarly, the port 13B is arranged at a position which is over the port 13A, is on a stage different from that of the port 13B and is separated from it by 180 deg. in a peripheral direction. A fire extinguishing agent is radiated all around the periphery of the nozzle body 11 from the ports 13A and 13B.
