PURPOSE: A spangle manufacturing device accurately and easily manufactures hexagonal spangles very thin and small. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a sheet delivery unit, a cutter unit, a cutter shaking unit, and a fixed blade moving unit. The cutter unit comprises a fixed blade(210) supporting the front end of a spangle sheet upward and a moving blade(220) installed with a gap with the fixed blade(210) and rotating to cut the front end of the spangle sheet with wave line of needed form. The cutter shaking unit moves the cutter unit reciprocatively to the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the spangle sheet by a certain pitch. The fixed blade moving unit intermittently moves the fixed blade(210) to the moving direction of the spangle sheet by a very small interval. The wave formed cutting surface of the moving blade(220) is moved by the relative movement of the fixed blade so that little mechanical margin occurs between them.
