PURPOSE: A portable automatic guiding apparatus using electric wave and infrared ray signals is provided to automatically inform tourists of information in a desirable language through a portable automatic guiding apparatus by installing electric wave signal and infrared ray signal transmitters at places where information or explanation are required to natives or foreigners. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus phonetically outputs the recording contents of the proper ID number(18) of the already recorded voice data storage part(15) after receiving electric wave and infrared ray signals received from an electric wave signal transmitter and an infrared ray signal transmitter which are installed at an area requiring information and explanation of tourist destination, museum and exhibition facility from a portable automatic guiding apparatus which individuals possess.
