PURPOSE: A photosensitized belt and an image forming device thereof are provide to maintain predetermined temperature by supplying an electronic signal for a constant voltage. CONSTITUTION: As a photosensitized belt(30) is driving, a contacting roller(43) is passively rotated a fiction force with a power terminal(36). An electronic power from power source(47) is transferred into a heating layer(35) by electric bar(45) and contacting roller(43). The heating layer(35) heats to the photosensitized belt(30) by resistance heat from the electronic power. A titration temperature of the photosensitized belt(30) is within the range of 40 - 45°C. The heating layer(35) is provided in the photosensitized belt(30) by pattern print. A supporting bracket(41) is adjacent with the photosensitized belt(30). A pair of electro-conductivity roller(43) is rotatively installed at the supporting bracket(41). An elastic bar(45) is mounted on the supporting bracket(41) in order to pressurize the electro-conductivity roller(43) toward power terminal(36).
