PURPOSE: An eyelet coupling device for a bed mattress is provided to continuously and consistently proceed with the settling work of eyelets for forming 36-40 holes to a side end part of a sheet, thereby achieving mass-production. CONSTITUTION: An eyelet coupling device for a bed mattress includes a main body(10) axially mounted with first conveying rollers(13) engaged with each other at upper and lower parts of an advancing part where a side end processing sheet is introduced and second conveying rollers(14) engaged with each other rotatably at upper and lower parts of a discharging part where the sheet is discharged, a settling unit(20) mounted between the first and second conveying rollers at a rear part of a top plate(12) of the main body for simultaneously settling a required number of eyelets at corresponding positions of the sheet while the sheet is intermittently conveyed on the top plate, binding piece supplying units mounted at both sides of a rear part of the settling unit for supplying binding pieces formed with binding holes at both ends to be inserted and bound with handle straps, so that the binding holes of the binding pieces are bound with the eyelets penetrating corresponding parts of the sheet, an eyelet supplying unit(40) mounted in front of the settling unit for supplying the required number of the eyelets to be settled to the sheet by the settling unit, and a cutting unit for cutting corresponding parts of the sheet as the settling is finished.
