PURPOSE: An electronic fuse device for exchanges is provided to restrict the maximum current a subscriber board consumes, to interrupt input current in case that overcurrent flows for long hours and to endure inrush current generated when the subscriber board is mounted. CONSTITUTION: An electronic fuse device is composed of an inrush current prevention part(10), a current restriction part(20), a fixed current interruption part(30), a power board(100) and a subscriber board(200). The power board(100) supplies power to the inrush current prevention part(10), the fixed current interruption part(30) and the subscriber board(200). The amount of current provided to the subscriber board(200) is limited by the inrush current prevention part(10), the current restriction part(20) and the fixed current interruption part(30). In other words, the subscriber board(200) outputs driving power, received from the power board, through the inrush current prevention part(10). By detecting the output voltage of the subscriber board(200) and selectively driving the current restriction part(20), the inrush current prevention part(10) limits current provided to the subscriber board(200) from the power board(100). Also the fixed current interruption part(30) detects whether the driving of the current restriction part(20) is continued for a given time. If the current restriction part(20) is continuously driven for the given time, the fixed current interruption part(30) interrupts driving current supplied to the subscriber board(200) from the power board(100).
