PURPOSE: A heater winder for electron gun is provided to improve greatly quality, productivity and reliability of heater for electron gun by winding tungsten wire with uniform pitch at molybdenum wire in order to agree correctly with set pitch value. CONSTITUTION: A molybdenum wire supply motor(23) loose molybdenum wire(M) in a proper tension being equipped with supply reel that molybdenum wire(M) is wound. A winding motor(33) winds reel(24) in a proper tension being equipped with reel that molybdenum wire(M) that tungsten wire(T) is wound, is wound. A tungsten wire winding unit(30) is installed between molybdenum wire supply motor(23) and heater coil winding motor(60), winds tungsten wire peripheral of molybdenum wire(M) equipping with tungsten bobbin. A pitch transfer unit(40) transfer molybdenum wire in a predetermined pitch speed. A winding reel shaking unit(50) reciprocates heater coil winding motor(60) in an axis direction so that heater coil is wound uniformly on winding reel. Controller control above each components. A short sensing device make a sense short of molybdenum wire and is connected with controller.
