PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex component comprising a semi-rigid inner part and a rigid outer part to improve the rigidity of a semi-rigid component. SOLUTION: The complex component comprises a semi-rigid sheet 1, and a rigid band 2 made of thermoplastic material integrally molded around the semi-rigid sheet 1, and the rigid band includes a component fixing means 3 to a car body element of an automobile. The sheet 1 made of soft material receives an additive for improving the rigidity, and is formed before it is inserted into an injection molding die. It is applied for manufacturing a component for automobile industry. |
