PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly watch display information on a display after hiding an unwanted part on the back side of a touch panel concerning an operation display device having the touch panel having the sense of high quality with a glass substrate as a base. SOLUTION: Concerning a touch panel 10 of an operation display device 3 with a transparent glass substrate 11 as a base, a configuration for improving the sense of high quality is adopted but concerning trouble caused by using the transparent glass substrate 11, a half mirror film 14 is formed so that a circuit board 30 or display 20 located from the front side of the touch panel 10 to the back side prevented from seeing through. Further, concerning information emitted and displayed on the display 20 located on the back side of the touch panel 10. The information can be watched on the front side by the characteristics of the half mirror film 14 so that visibility concerning display information can be secured.
