PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate abnormal operation of a switching element under intermediate load conditions. SOLUTION: A secondary resonance circuit is formed by combining a secondary parallel resonance circuit with a secondary series resonance circuit with respect to a secondary winding N2 of an insulated converter transformer PIT as a secondary resonance circuit. As a result, the contact-voltage control of secondary DC output voltage is a combined control controlling both switching frequency and the conducting angle of switching current passing through a switching element Q1, thereby restraining increase in period, during which the switching element Q1 is turned off. |
