PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material which has comparatively large permeability in a frequency band ranging from several MHz to several GHz and can maintain comparatively high-gain Q factor. SOLUTION: A composite magnetic material contains a ferrite powder and resin. Cobalt-substituted Y-type hexagonal ferrite (2BaO.2CoO.6Fe2O3) powder or cobalt substituted Z-type hexagonal ferrite (3BaO.2CoO.12Fe2O3) powder is used as ferrite powder. Permeability of the composite magnetic material at 2 GHz is set so as to indicate a value which exhibits at least 90% of permeability at 1 MHz.
