PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use insulating sheet of high thermal conductivity between the coil and stator of a motor in place of a conventional insulating paper, which is a heat insulating material and obstruction against coil cooling in order to improve the heat-radiating properties of the motor. SOLUTION: A motor has a stator main part 3, comprising a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates which are layered. Insulating sheets of high thermal conductivity 5 are applied to the layering surfaces of the slots 4 of the stator main part 3 and coils 6 are wound in the slots 3 with the high thermal conductivity insulating sheets 5 therebetween. As the high thermal conductivity insulating sheets 5 exist between the stator main part 3 and the coils 6, the heat of the coils 6 can be transmitted easily to the stator main part 3, and the superior hear-radiating properties of the motor can obtained.
