SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of 19-nor-pregnene of the general formula (I) where R1,R2,R3,R4 each means independently hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; R5 is COR7-group where R7 means (C1-C6)-alkyl; R6 means hydrogen atom; n = 0 or 1 and X is oxygen atom or hydroxyimino-group under condition that when n = 0 then at least two of R1,R2,R3,R4 distinct from hydrogen atom and when n = 1 then R1 and R4 are not hydrogen atom simultaneously. These compounds are excellent progestogens but without androgenic activity. Invention describes also pharmaceutical composition containing compounds of the formula (I).
