Heating/cooling device has transportable heating/cooling unit (1) provided with feed and return lines (11,12), for transporting heat transfer medium to and from heat exchanger (13) positioned within internal space of coffin (3). Heat exchanger has at least one flexible heat transfer medium line integrated within insulation layer (2) or attached to the insulation layer, with a length selected in dependence on the heating or cooling requirement.
