PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture capable of providing a cement composition containing the admixture with excellent expansion performance even when a small amount of the admixture is blended in the composition, preventing any pop-out phenomenon from being caused and improving waterproofness of the concrete and also to provide the cement composition. SOLUTION: This cement admixture comprises an expansive material containing, as its main constituent compounds, free lime, calcium aluminoferrite and anhydrous gypsum, and also a fine silica powder and/or a fine limestone powder. The cement composition comprises cement and the cement admixture.
