PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a consent liquid to hair smoothly and satisfactorily as combing it by improving passage through the hair without lowering the function of holding the poured content liquid. SOLUTION: This cap with a comb is tightly mounted to the mouth tube part 26 of a container body 24. Frame comb tooth pieces 10 and comb tooth pieces 13 are raised and arranged in a line in the right and left directions at regular intervals, and a pouring hole 16 and a pouring path 15 are formed in each comb tooth piece 13. Notch parts 27 are each sequentially alternately provided for one of the front and rear end part of the lower halves of the frame comb tooth pieces 10 and the comb tooth pieces 13. By this constitution, it is possible to reduce the front-to-rear width of the comb tooth pieces and to improve the passage of the comb without reducing the opposing areas of the comb tooth pieces to hold a poured content liquid.
