PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufactured red carrot extract by steaming a carrot and extracting red carrot extract from the carrot. SOLUTION: This home decoctor is comprised of a main body 110 with a heater 114, a heating container 120 for saving water to be heated by the heater, an inner container 122 containing a material to be cooked to be stably set inside the heating container, a steam condenser 130 to collect steam generated from the heating container, a water tank 140 for decoction, an open/close valve 150 for discharging decoction water into the steam condenser, a solenoid 160 to open/close the valve, and a guide means 184 for guiding steam and condensed water to make the heating container and the steam heating condenser communicate with each other when the heating container is stably set inside the main body. The red carrot extract is produced from a carrot through steaming, drying, and decoction processes by the home decoctor. |
