<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry film laminating apparatus capable of excluding the effect due to the skill of a worker and capable of stabilizing the quality of a resist layer forming material wound in a roll form in dry film setting and cutting work and a laminating method using the dry film laminating apparatus. SOLUTION: In the dry film laminating apparatus, a pair of film setting plates 8A, 8B sucking dry films 3A, 3B to temporarily bonding them to a copper clad laminated sheet 6 under pressure, a laminating roll automatic stop means for stopping the driving of the laminating rolls 4A, 4B when a sensor detects the terminal of the copper clad laminated sheet 6 mounted on an unwinding shaft 1 and a film cutter capable of cutting the dry film laterally along the film setting plates 8A, 8B are provided to the front stage of the laminating rolls 4A, 4B. A laminating method uses this dry film laminating apparatus.</p> |
