PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating discoloring device having high toy performance for thermally discoloring a thermally discoloring toy element. SOLUTION: This device is formed of a stamp member 2 having a stamping surface 21 and an electric heating pad part 3 for heating the stamping surface 21. The electric heating pad part 3 is united and constituted so as to be attachable to and detachable from a facing case consisting of a molded body having toy performance.
