PURPOSE: A hot air heater control device and its control method remotely control heat storage and release of a corresponding heater using a superior controller through a network. CONSTITUTION: A hot air heater control device comprises a communication part(112), a memory(110), a display part(114), a key input part(116), a remote control reception part(118), a heat storage control part(120), an accumulated heat temperature sensor part(130), a heat release control part(140), a room temperature sensor(150) and a control device(160). The heat storage control part(120) is switched by heat storage signal to supply midnight electrical power to a heater(126) to accumulate heat in a heat accumulating member(128). The heat release control part(140) is switched by heat release signal to supply general common electrical power to a fan motor(146) to circulate air to exchange heat with the heat accumulating member(128). The control device(160) determines switching of the heat storage and the heat release control parts(120, 140) according to operational information transmitted by the communication part(112), controls heat storing or releasing operation of the heater(126) comparing the temperatures of accumulated heat and room with preset temperature stored in the memory(110) and transmits operational information to the superior controller.
