PURPOSE: A food storage device is provided to efficiently maintain freshness of foodstuff by minimizing temperature anomaly of the storage chamber, while reducing manufacturing cost and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A food storage device comprises a double container(25) for forming a storage chamber(27) within a main body(15) of the storage device; an outer casing(12) for surrounding the double container; a cover(32) for sealing a gap between the double container and an outer container(12); a heat insulation material(13) filling the gap between the double container and the outer casing; a door(39) connected to the main body of the storage device through a hinge assembly(38) and which opens/closes the storage chamber; a packing(33) arranged at the circumference of the door; an inner container(23) for forming the storage chamber for the double container; an outer container(29) to which a water inlet pipe(21) and a water outlet pipe(26) are welded; a space(24) for maintaining a gap between the inner container and the outer container; and water filling the space. The inner container and the outer container are injection-molded by a synthetic resin, respectively, and coupled to form the double container.
