PURPOSE: An aluminum grinding wheel for a hand grinder extends the life of an electric tool and reduces the fatigue of a worker by reducing the weight thereof. CONSTITUTION: A shank(10) of a grinding wheel for a hand grind wheel is made of aluminum instead of steel. A diamond tip(20) is attached on the periphery portion of the shank(10) by using a non-heating type special adhesive for preventing a heat distortion. Further, the life of an electric tool is extended and the fatigue of a worker is reduced by reducing the weight of the grinding wheel. Thus, the shake of a tool is minimized by elevating a joining strength and maintaining a balance on machining the shank, thereby extending the life of the tool. Further, because the aluminum has good heat conductivity, the life of the tool is extended again and a productivity is improved by quickly diffusing a friction heat generated on the using of the tool.
