PURPOSE: A method for storing fish is provided to remove moisture of fish and fishy smell, and extend term of storage of fish by using charcoal, mokcho liquor (liquor obtained from distillation of oak tree) , a pine needle and ocher. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: i) removing the internals of fish and washing it with salt water; ii) immersing the washed fish into charcoal mokcho liquor and taking it out; iii) sprinkling salt on the fish and aging it at a cave after adding charcoal and a pine needle for 12-24hrs at 0-10deg.C; iv) packing the aged fish.
