PURPOSE: The method of artificial intelligence learning via the internet is provided to register a teacher and a learner via the internet, allow the teacher to make questions for an examination, and enable the learner to learns the questions and obtain the details that precisely analyze the result of the learning. CONSTITUTION: The teacher and the learner are registered from each other together with a mileage point(100,200). An initial menu that includes a question making menu, a learning menu and a learning statistics menu is output, and thereby the teacher and the learner are allowed to select the menus(300). When one of the output menus is selected, the selected menu is performed(400-600). The time periods used by the teacher and the learner are calculated, and then stored in a database(700).
