PURPOSE: A computer vision system is provided to increase a test speed and a pixel number per unit area by scanning a test region using a movable mirror, performing the second-dimensional plane test and measuring a distance using the movable mirror with regard to a designated test region. CONSTITUTION: A movable mirror changes a light path according to a control signal to scan a test object and consists of an X-axis movable mirror(31) and a Y-axis movable mirror(35). A distance measuring unit(42) generates a predetermined laser beam and measures the height of the test object by the received laser beam. A computer(10) controls the movable mirror and makes the laser beam generated from the distance measuring unit be irradiated to the test object. The computer makes a laser beam reflected from the test object be supplied to the distance measuring unit, drawing a height profile. The computer parses the height profile to judge whether the test object is passed. A light source(28) generates a predetermined light, and a camera(20) corrects an image of the test object.
