PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating a comprehensive shopping mall is provided to operate a shopping mall conveniently by offering and managing a database, a paying system and delivering system simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mall site(200) and a general managing system(300) are connected to all sorts of databases(314¯326). An ordering managing module(202) manages reporting information with respect to goods ordered by clients to the general managing system(300) and a production company(400). A cost managing module(204) manages a requesting of approval of a credit card. A shopping mall managing module(302) of the general managing system(300) renders a shopping mall site having no shopping mall program, a database etc. to be a member. A production company managing module(304) stores information with respect to a production company providing a goods in the shopping mall site in a production company database(316), and stores information of a product in a goods managing database(326). A delivery managing module(306) stores information with respect to a delivery company in a delivery company database. A payment managing module(308) stores paying information and calculates a purchase cost. A delivery managing module(310) transmits purchase information received from the shopping mall site(200) to the production company, and manages general delivery operation. A control module(312) controls the functions of the above each modules.
