<p>A vane traverse device capable of eliminating as far as possible the bending of a thread handling area at the return point of a traverse route and assuring the transfer of a thread between upper and lower traverse vanes, comprising a traverse guide (4) having a guide surface (10) which forms a thread traverse route leading to a contact roller (3) and two sheets of traverse vanes (5, 6) which transfer a thread at the right and left return points (a, b) on the guide surface (10) and rotate in the directions opposite to each other while they come in and go out of the guide surface (10) so that the thread can be delivered in right and left directions along the guide surface (10), wherein thread guides (8, 9) are provided so as to stabilize the thread handling area leading from the guide surface (10) to the contact roller (3) near the return points (a, b).</p> |
