Sanitary pad has new structure. The pad (1) has obverse external cover (2) made of nonwoven hydrophilic fabric, reverse external cover (3) made of polyethylene, incorporates central absorbent (4) zone of material called Airlaid, obtained from cellulose fibres joined by thermo fusible fibres and super-absorbent material formed of molecules of polyacrylates with high absorption/retention power, and has fixing flaps (6,6') and elastic band (7).
