SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of piperazine of the general formula (A) where Ra and Rb each means hydrogen atom or methyl group; Rc means hydrogen atom or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid additive salt. New compounds can be used as agent binding 5-HT1A receptors, in part, as antagonists of 5-HT1A receptors and they are useful for treatment of patients with central nervous system disorders. Invention relates to also methods of their synthesis, their using and pharmaceutical preparations containing thereof.
