PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction device, with which a buyer to order and article can confirm the data and time of delivery of the ordered article or place of delivery at the time of ordering. SOLUTION: Concernig this electronic commercial transaction device, with which a customer 10 accesse an electronic shop 20 while using a communication line and orders an article on the basis of electronic information displayed on the electronic shop 20 and the electronic shop 20 instructs stocking of this ordered article from a wholesaler/manufacturer 40 and instructs the delivery of this ordered article through a forwarding agent to the customer 10, the device is provided with an article stock information retrieving part 25 for displaying the period from the order reception of this ordered article at the wholesaler/ manufacturer 40 to dispatching and a deliveryable period part 27 for displaying the period to delivery from dispatching of this ordered article by the forwarding agent 50 to the customer 10.
