<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which can be fixed at a lower fixing temperature while maintaining enough offset resistance and which can maintain stable developing properties under various environmental conditions such as high temperature and high humidity or low temperature and low humidity. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least (1) a binder resin containing a polyester resin, as the main structural component, obtained from a dicarboxylic acid containing at least a tetrahydrophthalic acid or its derivative, an alicyclic dialcohol and a 3-4C aliphatic dialcohol having a branched chain, (2) a coloring agent and (3) an aluminum compound of benzilic acid without substituents or having substituents expressed by formula (1). In the formula, R1 and R2 may be same or different and each represents a substituent selected from among the group consisting of straight-chain-or branched alkyl groups, alkenyl groups, alkoxy groups, halogen atoms, nitro groups, cyano groups, amino groups, carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups, and each of m and n is an integer of 0 to 5.</p> |
