PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability as the holding structure of cover as well as aim at the thin-wall manufacturing of the whole structure and at cost reduction. SOLUTION: A casing 2 for electronics that has a built-in circuit board for component mounting, and that has a cover-mounting aperture 8 which opens to inside and outside of the case, and a connector 43 which has a terminal connection opening 43a that is housed in this casing 2 and connected to a circuit board and that corresponds to the cover-mounting aperture 8, and an elastic deformation-possible connector cover 3 that has been detachably mounted to an end of terminal connection side of this connector 43 and that is detachably held in the casing 2 are installed, and this connector cover 3 has a hook part 3c that is lockable at the outer surface of connector 43, and this hook part 3c is so constructed that it is elastically installed between the outer surface of the connector 43 and the inner surface of the casing 2 in a holding state of the cover.
