One group of ingredients is, essentially, liquid heat absorber and other one, liquid heat-carrier. Liquid heat carrier is heated due to environmental heat energy. Heat absorber is, essentially, substance possessing property of transformation from liquid state to compressed gas while it is mixed up with heat carrier. Device implementing proposed method has liquid- absorber storage tank and heat-absorber metering device; system for heat energy transfer from environment to heat exchanger is used as heat energy source.
